I met Mr Palkovich when he called Avondale Toyota looking for a Avalon in Blizzard Pearl. He was not real keen, at first, about our "process" but is now a true believer. He and his wife both found our process very relaxing and timely. They also received a very fair trade appraisal for their old Avalon and were not even expecting to trade it in. The Palkovich's love their Avalons, they have another one at home in CO. Thanks you two.
